Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At Root2Rise, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital career products and mentorship sessions. This policy outlines the terms governing refunds and cancellations for all purchases made on our platform. By completing a purchase on Root2Rise, you agree to the terms described below.
2. Digital Products — AI-Generated Resumes & Career Roadmaps
Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of our products, all sales are considered final once the Resume or Roadmap has been generated.
A refund request will be considered only in the event of a verified technical error — such as a failure in generation, a duplicate charge, or a product that was never delivered to your dashboard despite a successful payment.
To raise a technical error claim, you must write to us at explore@root2rise.co.in within 48 hours of your purchase. Requests raised after this window will not be eligible for review.
3. 1-on-1 Mentorship Sessions
3.1 Cancellations by the User
You may cancel a booked session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time to be eligible for any consideration. Cancellation requests must be sent to explore@root2rise.co.in with your booking details.
3.2 No-Shows
If you do not attend a session without prior cancellation, the session will be marked as a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for a refund. However, as a one-time courtesy, you may request a reschedule for the same session. This reschedule allowance is applicable once per user and is at the discretion of Root2Rise.
3.3 Cancellations by Root2Rise
In the rare event that Root2Rise cancels or is unable to conduct a scheduled session, the full session amount will be credited to your Root2Rise wallet for use on any future booking or product on the platform.
4. Refund Processing
Where a refund or credit is approved under the terms of this policy, it will be processed as Root2Rise platform credits, credited to your account wallet within 5 to 7 business days of approval.
These credits can be applied toward any future purchase on Root2Rise and carry an expiry date of 6 months.
5. How to Raise a Refund Request
To initiate a refund or cancellation request, email us at explore@root2rise.co.in with the following details:
- Your registered name and email address
- Order ID or booking reference
- Nature of the issue
- Supporting screenshots
We aim to respond to all refund-related queries within 7 business days of receiving your email.
6. Governing Jurisdiction
This policy and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
