1. Introduction
Welcome to Root2Rise. This website and platform ("Root2Rise", "we", "our", or "us") is registered under the MSME Act, India.
By accessing or using Root2Rise at any capacity — browsing, registering, or purchasing — you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. About Root2Rise and Our Services
Root2Rise is a one-stop career development platform built at the intersection of human expertise and artificial intelligence. We operate through a structured three-tier model — Explore, Prepare, and Bloom — designed to guide users from career discovery all the way through to professional readiness.
Explore
The entry point of your career journey. Root2Rise offers both generic and fully personalised career roadmaps to help users discover the right path based on their background, interests, and goals.
Prepare
The active skill-building phase, consisting of:
- Sprints — Structured N-day learning programmes that follow a defined, real-time curriculum. Sprints are available as both generic tracks and fully customised journeys tailored to your specific career goals.
- 1-on-1 Mentorship Sessions — Live sessions booked directly with experienced career mentors through the Root2Rise platform.
- AI-Assisted Resumes — Personalised, role-ready resumes generated using our AI engine based on your inputs and career profile.
Bloom
The growth and validation phase, consisting of:
- Mock Interviews — Available in both AI-led and human mentor-led formats to simulate real interview experiences.
- Community — A peer and mentor network available on a freemium basis, with basic access free for all users and advanced features available on a paid plan.
Supporting Features
- AI Chatbot — An intelligent assistant available across the platform to answer career queries, guide navigation, and support your journey at every stage.
All services are delivered digitally through the Root2Rise platform upon successful payment, where applicable.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 Root2Rise is open to users of all ages. However, users below the age of 18 are advised to use the platform under parental or guardian guidance.
3.2 Each account on Root2Rise is strictly individual. One account corresponds to one person. Sharing, transferring, or allowing third-party access to your account is prohibited.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.
3.4 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated at all times.
4. Intellectual Property and Use of Outputs
4.1 All content, design, code, branding, and platform architecture on Root2Rise is the intellectual property of Root2Rise and is protected under applicable Indian law.
4.2 The Resumes and Roadmaps generated through Root2Rise are intended for your personal, non-commercial use only.
4.3 You may share or republish your generated Resume or Roadmap provided that clear attribution to Root2Rise is included (e.g., "Generated using Root2Rise — root2rise.co.in"). Republishing without attribution is a violation of these Terms.
4.4 You may not reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or commercially exploit any output or feature of the Root2Rise platform.
5. Payments and Pricing
5.1 All prices listed on Root2Rise are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Payments on Root2Rise are processed securely through Razorpay. Root2Rise does not store any credit/debit card or banking information on its servers.
5.3 A purchase is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a successful payment confirmation. In the event of a payment failure, no service will be rendered and no amount will be deducted. If an amount is deducted without service delivery, please contact us at explore@root2rise.co.in.
5.4 All pricing is subject to change at Root2Rise's discretion without prior notice. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellation and refund matters are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is available at our Refunds page and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a user of Root2Rise, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information during registration or while using any service
- Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or another user's account
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content from the platform
- Harass, abuse, or threaten any mentor or Root2Rise team member during a session
- Share, resell, or redistribute platform outputs without proper attribution
8. Account Suspension and Termination
8.1 Root2Rise reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account, at its sole discretion, if a user is found to be in violation of these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or misusing the platform in any manner.
8.2 Upon termination, access to all purchased products and booked sessions may be revoked without refund, subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8.3 Users may request deletion of their account by writing to explore@root2rise.co.in.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Root2Rise provides career guidance tools and resources for informational purposes. We do not guarantee employment, interview calls, or any specific career outcome as a result of using our platform.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Root2Rise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform or services.
10. Modifications to Terms
Root2Rise reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
